Services described in the hotel book of services were not correct. Only 1st floor ice machine.

Great location if shopping at Gurnee Mills. It was a quiet and comfortable room. For an older hotel it was kept up well.

I liked it's location. Close to restaurants and Mall.

The breakfast could have been better.

This hotel is in a great location. It's right across the street from the Gurnee Mills Mall. Room was very clean and updated. The bed was also comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Noise from other rooms all night long, even after calling.

Hotel was a little run down. Fairly clean. Noise from the room above was so loud all night even after calling the front desk. Room was right next to the vending and ice machine which did not help the noise level. Was not a pleasant stay. Also some confusion about payment. ...read more
